Cancellation and Refunds

StudySlate offers an optional monthly subscription. Paddle is the merchant of record and processes payments, cancellation requests, and refunds. This page explains how to manage a StudySlate subscription and where to request help.
Cancel your subscription
You can cancel at any time using Manage subscription in your account, the link in your Paddle purchase email, or Paddle buyer support. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You can keep using the paid allowance until then, and no further renewal payment will be taken after cancellation takes effect. Deleting your StudySlate account does not itself cancel billing.
Request a refund
To request a refund, use the support link in your Paddle receipt or visit paddle.net and choose “Request refund.” Paddle reviews requests under its Refund Policy, including any applicable statutory withdrawal or consumer rights. Canceling a subscription does not automatically refund payments already made. Any refund approved by Paddle is normally returned to the original payment method where possible.
Problems with StudySlate
If a paid feature is unavailable or your plan is missing after payment, email [email protected] with a description of the issue and the email used at checkout. Please do not send card numbers or other payment credentials. For payment, invoice, or refund decisions, contact Paddle buyer support.
